This policy applies to your use of The Little App Of website and mobile app (together, the Service), operated by Stamford Digital® Limited ("we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Use. By using the Service, you agree to follow it.
Prohibited uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it:
- in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
- in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
- to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards below;
- to send or post unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material, or any "junk mail" or "spam";
- to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time-bombs or any other harmful or malicious software or code.
You also agree:
- not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of the Service in breach of our Terms of Use; and
- not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Service, any equipment or network on which it is stored, or any software used to provide it.
Automated access, scraping and copying
The Service is for people to use. You must not:
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers or any other automated means to access the Service or its API, except for ordinary search engine indexing;
- copy, harvest or extract listings or other content in bulk, or build a database or competing service from it;
- collect email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details from the Service for marketing, cold calling, resale or any purpose other than contacting that business about its own products or services;
- get around or attempt to get around any rate limit, block or other measure we use to protect the Service;
- use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
We may block or limit access, including by IP address, where we believe this policy is being broken, and we may take legal action.
Content standards
These standards apply to anything you upload or post to the Service, such as listings, events, offers, classified ads, reviews, photos and messages, and to any contact you make with other users. You must comply with the spirit as well as the letter of these standards.

Content must not:
- be defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory, or promote sexually explicit material, violence, discrimination or illegal activity;

Claiming a listing
You may only claim a listing for a business that you own or are authorised to act for. Claims are checked before access is given, and we may decline or reverse a claim.
Content approval and removal
Listings, and any content posted for a listing, are checked before they are published. We may decline, edit or remove any content that we believe breaks this policy, and we do not have to give a reason.
Suspension and termination
We will decide whether a breach of this policy has happened, and what action to take. This may include:
- immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Service;
- immediate, temporary or permanent removal of content you have posted;
- suspending or closing your account;
- blocking access from particular devices or networks;
- issuing a warning to you;
- legal proceedings against you, including for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis resulting from the breach;
- further legal action against you; and
- disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this policy. The responses described are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
